Brett Minchington, is an International employer brand strategist, author and educator. Brett’s expertise in Employer Branding led him to author “Your Employer Brand attract-engage-retain” in 2006 - the world’s most comprehensive guide to employer branding ever published and the first by an Australasian author.
The book has since been sold in over 42 countries including USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, NZ and China with readers including executives from companies such as The McDonalds Corporation (US), Cirque du Soleil (Canada), PwC (Aust), JP Morgan (UK), Telstra (Aust), Deloitte (Aust), Madame Tussauds London (UK), BP (UK), Lion Nathan (Aust), Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) BHP (Aust), Carlsberg (UK) and Mercer HR (Aust).
Over the past two years Brett has delivered key note addresses, executive briefings, masterclass events and chaired Summits in more than 30 cities in 20 countries including Australia, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, NZ, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, UK and USA. Brett is reknowned as a global thought leader in employer branding and was the lead researcher for the EBI's 'Employer Branding Global Research Study' published in March 2009 and most recent 'Influencers of Employment Choice' Global Research Study'
Brett has consulted at both the global and national level to leading companies including Siemens, World Vision, PwC, Hewitts, Origin and the Australian Wine Research Institute to develop their employer brands. Brett also lectures in Employer Branding at the University of Adelaide.

The book also includes key learnings and practices from Brett's global tour and consulting practice over the past two years. The book will be published in mid 2010.
